Blancpain · Villeret · Quantième Complet · white gold · on Amazon
The complete calendar, in white gold, with the serpent hand.
A complete calendar shows the day, the date, the month and the moon, and Blancpain has made one in the Villeret case since the 1980s. This is the current 6654 in 18k white gold: a 40mm double-stepped case, a taupe sunray dial with applied Roman numerals, day and month in two windows under twelve, the date on a track around the edge read by a blued serpentine hand, and a moon with a face at six. The calibre 6654 inside runs about 72 hours and is set from correctors hidden under the lugs. Sold on Amazon by an independent dealer.

What a Quantième Complet is
Quantième complet is French for complete calendar: day, date, month and moon phase on one dial, adjusted by hand at the end of short months. It is the calendar layout of 1940s dress watches, and Blancpain has kept it in the Villeret line since the brand was revived in the 1980s. The pointer date, a hand that sweeps a numbered track around the edge of the dial, is the part that makes it read as old; on this one the hand ends in a serpent’s head, a Blancpain signature.
The 6654 generation moved the correctors under the lugs, so the case sides stay clean and you set the calendar with a fingertip rather than a pin, and put a silicon balance spring in the movement, which shrugs off magnets. Seventy-two hours of reserve means it keeps the calendar over a weekend off the wrist.

Reading the listing
The title says white gold and Quantième Complet, and the photograph shows the taupe sunray dial and black alligator strap. The Amazon rows say the dial is white and skeleton; neither is true, they are template values, and the photograph is the reliable part. The full reference is not stated; Blancpain’s white gold Quantième Complet with this dial is in the 6654 series.
Whether the watch is new with Blancpain’s warranty or a dealer-serviced piece is not stated in the rows we read; ask, and ask for the box and papers. Every figure here comes from the listing and from Blancpain’s published description of the 6654, not from handling the watch.

Buying it on Amazon
This is a regular Amazon listing from an independent dealer, Luxor Watches on the day we read it, with Amazon’s 30-day return window; it is not a Luxury Stores pre-owned unit. The second button opens the live search for Villeret complete calendars in case this one has sold.
Gold Blancpain dress watches have resold for well under new and close to what pre-owned buyers paid, sometimes more, sometimes less; that is a pattern, not a promise, and nothing here is investment advice.

Verdict
A white gold Villeret complete calendar with a taupe dial, on Amazon from a dealer: the calendar watch that reads as a dress watch, with the serpent hand and the moon.
Strengths
- Day, date, month and moon phase on a 40mm dress case
- Solid 18k white gold, the metal that reads as steel until it catches light
- Calibre 6654, silicon balance spring, about 72 hours
- Amazon’s return window on a dealer listing
Trade-offs
- Amazon rows describe the wrong dial; read the photograph
- Condition, warranty and full reference not stated; ask
- 30 metres; a dress watch, not a daily one
- Manual calendar; five months a year it needs a correction
