Every Villeret has the same profile: a bezel cut in two steps, so the case reads as a thin ring on top of a thinner ring, and the polished gold catches light on both edges. It is the line’s signature, more than any dial detail, and it is what makes a 40mm gold watch look slim on the wrist. The lugs are short and curved, and the crown is small.

The dial keeps the same discipline. A sunburst finish in blue, the Roman numerals applied in gold and polished so they flash when the sunburst does not, leaf hands, a date at three with a gold frame, and the JB 1735 mark under twelve. Inside is the 1151, Blancpain’s thin automatic with two barrels for four days of running time and a silicon spring that shrugs off magnets.
