Most dual-time watches put the second zone on a fourth hand. Breguet gives it a whole subdial at six, with its own hour and minute hands and the date in a window inside it, so the two times read as two small clocks rather than one dial with an extra pointer. The little subdial at three is a 24-hour indicator for the home zone, so you know whether it is morning or night there before you call.

Around that the dial is pure Breguet: silvered gold engine-turned on a rose engine, the wave pattern following the curve of the subdial, printed blue Roman numerals on a chapter ring, and the blued hands with hollow moon tips the company has drawn since the 1780s.
