The PRX, scaled to 35mm.

A 1978 case, again
The PRX revives a Tissot of the same name from 1978, from the decade that produced the integrated-bracelet steel sports watch. Tissot relaunched it in 2020 with the Powermatic 80 inside, and it became one of the brand’s biggest sellers.
The case is a tonneau, not a circle. Brushed tops meet polished chamfers, and the lugs run straight into the bracelet with no gap. The 35mm version keeps all of that at a size that suits smaller wrists and shirt cuffs.

Eighty hours
Powermatic 80 is Tissot’s name for an ETA-based automatic tuned to run for 80 hours off the wrist. Take it off on Friday evening and it is still running on Monday morning. A standard automatic in this price range manages roughly half that.
Tissot lists 100m of water resistance, a sapphire crystal with anti-reflective treatment, and a deployment clasp with push-button release. Those are the published figures; we have not tested a unit.

The waffle dial
The dial is deep blue with a raised grid texture that catches light in a lattice. Silver baton markers and hands are luminous, and a date window sits at three. TISSOT 1853 is printed under twelve, PRX and POWERMATIC 80 above six.
One buying note. Amazon listings for the PRX 35mm exist in several dial codes. The reference on this page ends in 041, the blue textured dial. The listing previously attached to this page was a different variant, so it was removed rather than left to mislead.

Everything that sold the PRX, in a 35mm case: 80-hour Swiss automatic, sapphire, 100m and an integrated bracelet that other brands charge far more for.
