Rolex · Datejust 41 · steel · silver dial · pre-owned on Amazon
The plain steel Datejust 41, with its card and box.
This is the Datejust most people search for on Amazon and the plainest way to own one: a 41mm steel Oyster case with a smooth bezel, a silver sunray dial with luminous batons, the date under its Cyclops, on the Oyster bracelet. Rebag lists it as Very Good with minor scratches on the case and bracelet, and it comes with a dated warranty card and the box, which most listings on this page do not. Rebag gives no reference number; a steel smooth-bezel 41 is either the current 126300 with the 70-hour calibre 3235 or the 2009 to 2016 116300, and the warranty card will say which. Pre-owned through a Luxury Stores reseller.

Why the smooth-bezel 41 is the one people search for
Rolex makes the Datejust 41 in a dozen configurations, and the one that turns up in Amazon’s own search suggestions is the plain one: steel, smooth bezel, Oyster bracelet, a light dial. It is the largest Datejust, it reads as a modern watch rather than a dress watch, and without the fluted bezel or the Jubilee it is the least expensive way into the current line. The silver dial with luminous batons is the configuration Rolex photographs first.
The reference question matters for one reason: the 126300, made since 2017, carries the calibre 3235 with about 70 hours of reserve and a redesigned case with slimmer lugs; the 116300 it replaced carries the 3136 with about 48 hours. Both are 41mm, both are Superlative Chronometers, both look like this. The dated warranty card Rebag includes will settle it; ask before buying.

Reading the listing
Rebag’s listing is one of the more complete ones on this page for the watch itself, and one of the less complete for the reference. It gives the case at 41mm and 12mm thick, the band at 20mm, a wrist size of about seven inches, steel case and bracelet, a silver dial, an automatic movement with date and a screw-down crown, the condition as Very Good with minor scratches on the case and band, and the extras: a dated warranty card and the box. It does not give the reference. The photograph shows the smooth bezel, luminous batons, Cyclops date and Oyster bracelet.
The calibre and reserve here are therefore given for both references this watch can be, and the water resistance is Rolex’s published figure for the Datejust. Ask Rebag for the reference and the date on the card; nothing here was measured on this unit.

Buying it pre-owned on Amazon
Rolex is pre-owned only on Amazon. This unit is sold by Rebag through Amazon Luxury Stores, authenticated by the seller with Amazon’s 30-day return window on top; it is one piece, and when it sells the listing goes away, so the second button opens the live search for steel Datejust 41s.
Steel Datejusts have resold close to what people paid for them for a long time, sometimes more, sometimes less; that is a pattern, not a promise, and nothing here is investment advice.

FAQ
Rebag does not say. Both are steel smooth-bezel Datejust 41s; the 126300 (2017 on) has the calibre 3235 and about 70 hours of reserve, the 116300 (2009 to 2016) the 3136 and about 48. The dated warranty card included with this unit will show the date; ask the seller for the reference.
