The Oyster Perpetual is the Rolex with nothing added: the Oyster case, the Perpetual rotor, a smooth bezel, no date, a Superlative Chronometer inside. Rolex makes it in 28, 31, 34, 36 and 41mm, and pre-owned it is the least expensive way to a Rolex that says Oyster Perpetual on the dial, which is why the small sizes on this page cost what a Datejust does.

Rolex made the Oyster Perpetual at 24mm as the 76080 through the 2000s, the ladies’ size below the 26, with the calibre 2230, a no-date automatic chronometer. The pink dial with luminous 3, 6 and 9 is the Explorer dial at a quarter of the size, and it is the one that gets asked for. At 24mm it is a bracelet with a dial; the Oyster bracelet keeps it from looking delicate.

WGACA gives the reference as 76080, the size as 24mm, the metal as steel, the clasp as Oysterclasp and the condition as Excellent with minor scuffing and scratching throughout. It does not state box, papers or year.
