The 77080
The Oyster Perpetual is the Rolex with nothing added: the Oyster case, the Perpetual rotor, a smooth bezel, no date, a Superlative Chronometer inside. Rolex makes it in 28, 31, 34, 36 and 41mm, and pre-owned it is the least expensive way to a Rolex that says Oyster Perpetual on the dial, which is why the small sizes on this page cost what a Datejust does.
The 77080 was Rolex’s 31mm Oyster Perpetual from the late 1990s to the mid-2000s, the mid-size between the Lady and the 34, running the calibre 2230, the no-date version of the Lady-Datejust’s 2235. The black dial with luminous 3, 6 and 9 is the Explorer look shrunk to 31mm, and WGACA gives the reference in the title, which most Luxury Stores listings on this page do not.

Reading the listing
WGACA gives the reference as 77080, the size as 31mm, the metal as steel, the clasp as flip-lock and the condition as Excellent with light scratching and wear on the caseback. It does not state box, papers or year. The smooth bezel, black 3-6-9 dial and Oyster bracelet are from the photograph; the calibre 2230, chronometer rating, reserve and 100 metres are Rolex’s published figures for the 77080.
WGACA authenticates in-house and is not a Rolex authorised dealer, and Amazon adds its 30-day return window. Ask for the serial, whether box or papers come with it, and when it was last serviced. Nothing here was measured on the watch.

Buying it on Amazon
This unit is sold by What Goes Around Comes Around (WGACA) through Amazon Luxury Stores, authenticated by the seller with Amazon’s 30-day return window on top; it is one piece, and when it sells the listing goes away, so the second button opens the live search for 31mm Oyster Perpetuals.
Steel and two-tone Datejusts have resold close to what pre-owned buyers paid, sometimes more, sometimes less; that is a pattern, not a promise, and nothing here is investment advice.
