Rolex · Oyster Perpetual 31 · green dial · pre-owned on Amazon
The small green Rolex, with its card and box.
The Oyster Perpetual is the plainest watch Rolex makes, steel with a smooth bezel and no date, and in 2020 it got the colour dials that made it a search term on its own. This is the 31mm in green: a deep sunray green under luminous batons, on the Oyster bracelet, with the calibre 2232 inside. Rebag lists it as Very Good with minor scratches and wear, sized to about a six-and-a-quarter inch wrist, and it comes with a dated warranty card and the box. It is the least expensive modern Rolex on this page. Pre-owned through a Luxury Stores reseller.

Why the green Oyster Perpetual
For most of its life the Oyster Perpetual was the entry Rolex, the one with no date and no complication, in silver, black or blue. In 2020 Rolex gave it lacquered colour dials, and the green, along with the turquoise, the yellow and the candy pink, turned the plain watch into the one people queued for. The 31mm carries the same green as the larger sizes, on a case that sits between the 28 and the 34 and suits most women’s wrists.
The rest is what an Oyster Perpetual has always been: a steel Oyster case with a smooth bezel, a screw-down crown, 100 metres, the Oyster bracelet, and inside the calibre 2232, Rolex’s smaller movement with a silicon hairspring and about 55 hours of reserve. No date means no Cyclops and the cleanest dial in the Rolex range.

Reading the listing
Rebag gives the case at 31mm and 11mm thick, the band at 16mm, a wrist size of about six and a quarter inches, steel case and bracelet, a green dial, an automatic movement with a screw-down crown, the condition as Very Good with minor scratches and wear on the case and band, and the extras: a dated warranty card and the box. It does not give the reference. The only green-dial steel Oyster Perpetual 31 Rolex has made is the 277200, and the photograph matches it, so the calibre and reserve here are Rolex’s published figures for that reference; ask Rebag to confirm the number on the card.
Nothing here was measured on this unit. The warranty card date will tell you how old the watch is; ask for it.

Buying it pre-owned on Amazon
Rolex is pre-owned only on Amazon. This unit is sold by Rebag through Amazon Luxury Stores, authenticated by the seller with Amazon’s 30-day return window on top; it is one piece, and when it sells the listing goes away, so the second button opens the live search for green Oyster Perpetuals.
Colour-dial Oyster Perpetuals have resold close to what people paid for them, sometimes more, sometimes less; that is a pattern, not a promise, and nothing here is investment advice.
