Rolex · Oyster Perpetual Date 34 · engine-turned bezel · grey dial · pre-owned on Amazon
The Oyster Perpetual Date. The cheapest men’s Rolex with a date here.
This is the Datejust’s smaller, cheaper cousin: an Oyster Perpetual Date at 34mm, a steel Oyster case with the engine-turned steel bezel, a grey dial with baton markers, the date under its Cyclops at three, on the steel Oyster bracelet, sized to about a 7.75 inch wrist. Rebag gives no reference; a 34mm OP Date with the engine-turned bezel is the 15210 of the 1990s and 2000s, and the serial will say. Inside would be Rolex’s calibre 3135, an automatic chronometer with a quickset date and about 48 hours of reserve; 100 metres. No accessories, graded Very Good. Pre-owned through a Luxury Stores reseller.

The Oyster Perpetual Date
The Oyster Perpetual is the Rolex with nothing added: the Oyster case, the Perpetual rotor, a smooth bezel, a Superlative Chronometer inside. Rolex makes it in 28, 31, 34, 36 and 41mm, and pre-owned it is the least expensive way to a Rolex that says Oyster Perpetual on the dial, which is why the small sizes on this page cost what a Datejust does.
The Oyster Perpetual Date is the Datejust at 34mm without the name: same calibre 3135, same Cyclops, a smaller case, and on the 15210 an engine-turned steel bezel, the machined ring of fine lines Rolex offered instead of fluting. It was the Rolex people bought when the 36mm Datejust was too much money or too much watch, and pre-owned it still is. Rebag gives no reference or accessories; the serial settles the year.

Reading the listing
Rebag gives the case at 34mm and 12mm high, the band at 19mm, a wrist size of about 7.75 inches, the band and case as stainless steel, the dial colour as grey, an automatic movement with date and a screw-down crown, no accessories, and the condition as Very Good with scratches, and no reference. The engine-turned bezel, grey baton dial and Oyster bracelet are from the photograph. The 15210 match and its calibre are Rolex’s published figures for the reference it appears to be.
Rebag authenticates in-house and is not a Rolex authorised dealer, and Amazon adds its 30-day return window. Ask for the reference and the serial, whether the removed links come with it, and when it was last serviced. Nothing here was measured on the watch.

Buying it on Amazon
This unit is sold by Rebag through Amazon Luxury Stores, authenticated by the seller with Amazon’s 30-day return window on top; it is one piece, and when it sells the listing goes away, so the second button opens the live search for 34mm Oyster Perpetual Dates.
Steel Oyster Perpetuals have resold close to what pre-owned buyers paid, sometimes more, sometimes less; that is a pattern, not a promise, and nothing here is investment advice.
