A GMT with a rotating bezel can show three time zones; a GMT with a fixed 24-hour bezel shows two and is simpler to read. The Black Bay Pro takes the second route, like the Rolex Explorer II it obviously answers: the yellow 24-hour hand points at the engraved steel bezel for home time, the snowflake hour hand jumps in one-hour steps for local time, and the date follows. That is the MT5652, with a silicon balance spring, a COSC certificate and about 70 hours of reserve.

At 39mm it is smaller across than the Black Bay GMT but the same 14.6mm tall, so it wears chunkier than its diameter suggests. The riveted bracelet gets Tudor’s T-fit clasp, which the GMT does not, so it can be adjusted without tools.

The listing carries the full reference, M79470-0001, in the title and the model row, and calls it an automatic with a black dial. The photograph shows the fixed 24-hour bezel, the yellow hand, the snowflake hand, the date at three and the riveted bracelet. The case size, thickness, lug width, calibre, its jumping hour hand, COSC certification, reserve, 200 metres and the T-fit clasp are Tudor’s published figures for the reference.
