Casio engineer Kikuo Ibe spent two years and broke over 200 prototypes to develop the original G-Shock in 1983, designed to survive a 10-meter drop. Forty years later G-Shock is worn by Navy SEALs, mountaineers, and luxury watch collectors alike. The CasiOak (GA-2100 series) reinterprets that DNA in Royal Oak proportions.
